I was born and raised on the shores of New Jersey, which began my love of the outdoors. I have hiked, camped and biked hundreds of miles on the Appalachian Trail and would much prefer a tent to an expensive hotel.
I left the busy New York City life for the solitude and open spaces of Colorado where I have lived since 1996. The accessibility to many of our National Parks as well as having the mountains outside my front door has offered me the opportunity to photograph an abundance of wildlife and share landscape memories with others.
My love for photography returned back in 2005 when my wife and I set out on a 21 day 5,000 mile motorcycle tour through 8 states and riding the famous and very scenic Hwy 101/1 down the California coast. After arriving home and viewing our photos, the passion for photography started in earnest.
I’m a self-taught photographer that enjoys photographing Landscapes, Nature and Sports. Aside from the love of photography, I have 3 wonderful children and have been married for 32 years to my wife Candy. When not photographing, or remodeling our home, I can be found hiking/camping or riding either my road or mountain bike.
